Cultured Love of Grand Rapids
We’ll have our 5 kraut flavors for sale and sampling: All-organic ingredients, naturally fermented, and probiotic. Never cooked, raw and vegan, with no vinegar or starter culture, our Kraut is good on its own, or added to many other dishes, providing great flavor and nutrients.
· Carry Me Away – Traditional caraway kraut, as you find on a Reuben sandwich. This kraut is closest to what many grandmothers made in large crocks in their basement.
· Dillyicious – Our best-seller. Tastes like a pickle. Onion, garlic, dill, and turmeric. Our “gateway kraut” for those who say “I don’t like sauerkraut”.
· Purple Hot & Spicy – Onion, garlic and Cayenne. Hot for some, not so hot for others.
· Curryosity – We love India and Indian food. This kraut is a highly versatile addition to many dishes, or by itself.
· Root for Ginger – Our nod to Kim-chee, with similar ingredients — Carrot, radish, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Just a little heat.
We’ll also have “Good Food Good Mood” t-shirts and totes.
