Our tortillas are fresh, baked throughout the week, with Certified Organic grains, sourced locally, no preservatives of any kind. They will last at max a few days outside of refrigeration and will keep up to 4 weeks if kept cold, even longer if frozen. Our sunflower oil comes from Grand Traverse Culinary Oils and is cold-pressed and non-gmo. Lina Cisco — Creamy smooth texture, nutty, sweet flavor, thin skin, soups or chili

Little Farm in the Big Woods of Whitehall
We will be at market this Saturday with eggs from our organically fed chickens.  We soak their feed for optimal digestibility and nutrition. They also get scraps from our kitchen. We may have a very limited number of duck eggs as well.

Our tortillas are fresh, baked throughout the week, with Certified Organic grains, sourced locally, no preservatives of any kind. They will last at max a few days outside of refrigeration and will keep up to 4 weeks if kept cold, even longer if frozen. Our sunflower oil comes from Grand Traverse Culinary Oils and is cold-pressed and non-gmo. Saturday we’re back with a fresh new batch of Spelt, Kamut, Tomato Basil, Spinach Garlic, Whole Wheat, Large Whole Wheat & White tortillas.
