You can watch (and find recipes) at these two links:

Wild Earth Chocolates of Muskegon
I have a few new flavors I will be playing with through the Christmas season, using essential oils infused into thin textured creamy maple sugar sweetened chocolate. Be sure and come by and try some and help me decide which ones to keep.
Orange with a hint of clove has a deep orange note with a nice warm kick of clove and a soft lingering chocolate finish.
Anise offers a sweet licorice pop with subtle hints of fennel and tarragon, swirling in velvety chocolate throughout.
Peppermint, strong, cool, hot and always a favorite with deep dark chocolate, especially at this time of year.
I have also added peppermint flavored Heart Chocolate, so now we have plain or peppermint in the new sweeter 75% dark chocolate sweetened with D-ribose, for a big boost of calm energy right to your cells. D-ribose is a sweet supplement that is used for heart, chronic fatigue, and fibromyalgia patients to help them regain their cellular energy, so they can begin to move again.

I will be offering:
Heart Chocolate
Peppermint Heart Chocolate
Anise Thins
Orange Clove Thins
Peppermint Thins
Chocolate drizzled popcorn
Buckwheaties (Kale, Buckwheat & Sunflower Seeds)
Pineapple Pecan Clusters
Walnut Raisin Clusters
Cacao Beans

Laughing Tree Bakery of Hart
Well, it’s almost time for PANETTONE!  The beautiful Italian Christmas bread that we make for the late December holidays.  According to legend, this unusual and elegant loaf was the work of a country baker (named Antonio) who wanted to move his bakery to the big city and wanted to create a bread with which he could impress the urban palette.  He settled upon a rich, yet light, loaf made with candied fruits, nuts, and eggs.  But what made the bread most memorable was that he baked it in a flower pot—so it stood up straight and tall (unlike loaves baked directly on the hearth). Come out this weekend and have a free sample taste!  (We will not have loaves of PANETTONE for sale until Saturday December 19th).

Wouldn’t you rather use products with ingredients you recognize like Vitamin E, organic coconut oil, organically grown herbs, 100% pure therapy grade essential oils, certified organic carrier oils, organic saponified oils, and organic Goats Milk instead of products with long ingredient lists of scientific names for carcinogens, pesticides, and hormone disruptors?

BREADBOXES! We are excited to announce that we are taking orders for beautiful, hand-made breadboxes being produced right in Grand Rapids.  The breadboxes have a built-in cutting board (it also doubles as the door) and are made of Michigan Hickory that’s been finished with food grade wood oil.  {The pieces of wood are actually all “cut-offs” from larger projects so the breadboxes are a great way to re-purpose this scrap wood.} There will be a display model breadbox at both markets so that you can see how beautiful these handmade treasures are!  Orders can be shipped anywhere in the country or can be delivered to either of the markets for a convenient pickup site.  The turn around time is 1-2 weeks.  The cost of the breadboxes is $128.  For an additional $7 you can have our logo laser-engraved on the front!  Ask us for an order form this weekend at the market!  {Hilde’s father Peter is actually the one selling the breadboxes —we are just supportive middlemen!)
CRANBERRY ORANGE ALMOND BREAD ($8.75) is available through December 24th.  This scrumptious loaf features fresh organic orange zest, sweet cranberries, and toasted almonds.  We are happy to take your order for this loaf at any time…
