For those new to Sweetwater, this newsletter is a list of all vendors who will be attending the market on this date. Their products & prices and contact info are listed so that you can place a preorder with them. It also gives you a chance to start making your shopping list early in the week. On Friday we put out an updated version with items added to the list that will be available for walk up purchasing.

To remind everyone about what is unique about Sweetwater, here is a link to the Sweetwater Pledge to Our Customers. This Pledge is signed by all vendors, and we stand behind it. http://www.sweetwaterlocalfoodsmarket.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/2015-final-sweetwater-pledge-to-customers-update.pdf

The Pasturage LLC of Montague
Hi all! We are expecting to pick up pork this week. We picked up lamb last week. I would like to wait until I have the products inventoried to send you all a list of items available. That might be as early as this Friday, or it might be the week after Thanksgiving when Sweetwater resumes. Regardless, my Mom will be there on the 20th a freezer full of our vast array of delightful pork and lamb offerings. However, if you miss that market and find yourself in dire need of good meat for your guests (and you’re tired of turkey) on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, we will be at the Muskegon market.
Thank you all! I am so grateful for you and this gem of a market!
Happy Thanksgiving!
