Cooking Notes
• Garlic Scapes – all can be used except for the tapered tip which is tough.  Chop small or coarse and add to eggs, stir fries, or anything that you would put garlic in.  Garlic lovers might try tossing them in oil and grilling.  Cooked scapes are less intense than bulb garlic, something like the green onion of the garlic world.
• Salad Turnips – tender white turnips with greens.  Roots can be eaten raw without peeling (salad!) and greens are cook-able like spinach or kale.
• Red Mustard – while it is spicy raw, it mellows in cooking.  Combine with a sweet sauce like sweet and sour or sweet chili.  It does well with roasted or grilled asparagus.
• Salad Mix – 5 or so varieties of lettuce plus baby kale, arugula, tatsoi, and mizuna
