We will be at the market this Saturday, October 22 for walk-up sales. If you want 2lb. or 5lb. or 25lb. bags of beans, you will need to let me know, as I am only planning on bringing 1lb. bags along unless I hear differently. Cash/check/cards accepted.

I will be harvesting out of the field for as long as I can while simultaneously switching over to growing in our small greenhouse for the winter. Greetings Sweetwater Friends!  I’ve been busy birthing babies, hosting an Agro-Forestry Day on the Farm, state meetings, garden clean up, etc.
We will come on October 22nd.  We have a lot of ground beef! $6.50 per lb, in ~ 1/2 and 1# packaging.  Roasts!
Cabbages!  Onions! Amarosa Fingerling potatoes!   AmaRosa is a mid-season fingerling variety with smooth bright red skin and deep red/pink flesh. These creamy nutritious fingerlings are great for baking, roasting, and grilling.
Please let us know if you want to pay at pick up (cash or checks made out to Earthscape Farm), or on line with a Square invoice.  We can most likely fill orders up until 8am Saturday morning!

Black Storage Radishes $3 per quart  These radishes are a great one for storage and can be stored up to a month or longer.   These radishes are larger than the radishes that most people are used to.  They are snow white in the center and have a peppery taste that is mellowed when cooked.  They are great with a nice full body beer, in a veggie platter or salad.  Try radishes cooked in the same way you would cook potatoes…they are great roasted, fried, or mashed.
Honeynut Squash $1 each  This variety of butternut squash is sweeter and smaller running 1/2 to 1 1/2 lbs each.
Tuffy acorn squash $1 each   This variety of acorn squash is smaller running 1/2 to 1 1/2 lbs each.

Young Guinea Fowl  $8 per lb 2.5 – 3 lbs   Guinea Fowl is all dark meat, very tender, and very similar to pheasant without a gamey taste.  Try guinea fowl roasted with a red currant gravy or batter fried like chicken. Johansen’s Maple Syrup  $10 pint  Jed Johansen is a retired Navy Master Chief who lives northeast of Hesperia.  Jed and his family raise mushrooms and veggies as well as process the sap from the Maple trees on their arm.  This maple syrup is NOT Certified Naturally Grown.

Elderberries are a nutritional powerhouse, known for their immune boosting compounds and health benefits. They are most often made into elderberry syrup, which can be taken to help prevent colds or lessen their severity. They can also be made into jellies, baked goods, and wine or fermented drinks.

German Extra Hardy, $14/lb. There are about 12 heads in a pound. Minimum order of 1lb.

1. Look over the list. Each vendor has a unique deadline for when they need to receive your pre-order depending on their product. Send your pre-order by email to each vendor you want to order from, within their required deadlines.
2. Vendors will respond back by no later than Friday before market day with an order confirmation and an invoice that in most cases will allow you to pre-pay for your order. If a vendor is not set up to take payment online they will accept checks (preferred) or cash in a sealed envelope on market day pickup.
