~Greetings Sweetwater Friends!   We plan to come to Sweetwater  on Saturday, 10/14.  Please get your advance orders in to us.
All quarters are sold and we butcher again in December.
VEGETABLES:  ONIONS, SWEET PEPPERS (Freeze them!  It’s easy!), EGGPLANT, Amarosa Fingerling potatoes, cabbages, cauliflower, tomatoes.  Freeze or can tomatoes!  Make Salsa!
We have a lot of ground beef! $6.50 per lb, in ~ 1/2 and 1# packaging.  Same price for many years!
Please let us know if you want to pay at pick up (cash or checks made out to Earthscape Farm), or on line with a Square invoice.  We can most likely fill orders up until 7am Saturday morning!

We’ve needed rain. Thanks to everyone who still came out to market despite the soggy Saturday shopping conditions last week. I suspect we need to gear up for a repeat tomorrow.
We will accept orders until 5pm on Friday. If you miss the deadline or prefer to shop in person, I do bring a selection of what’s available every Saturday. AngelHair Spaghetti Squash –  Here is the perfect personal size spaghetti squash, it weighs about 1-2 pounds and stores for 1-2 months.  $2.00 each   3 for $5.00  Getting close to the end for these.
New England Pie Pumpkin – This small pumpkin is a pie pumpkin, it does not store well but is great for making desserts. $2.00 each   3 for $5.00  Looks like this may be the last week for pie pumpkin.
Black Winter Radish –  These spicy radishes are big at 2-5” in diameter.  They can be eaten raw, pickled or cooked.  Also known as storage radish because they will store for a very long time.  $3.00 per quart   Looks like this may be the last week for Black Winter Radish.
Japanese Minowase Daikon Radish –   Daikon radish that is sweet and mild. It is white inside and out with a long, slender shape. The roots store well.  Here is another radish that is a great substitute for potatoes.  $2.00 each   6 for $5.00

Hello, all. Sorry for missing Monday’s deadline for info. I need some time to get stuff done around here and with rain in the forecast, it seems to be the

If we need to cancel a market due to severe weather I will send out a separate email no later than Friday evening before a market notifying you that we will be closed. I will post the same message to our FB & Instagram pages as well as the website. If you know people who are regulars to the market and not in the habit of checking emails please let them know. INSTRUCTIONS FOR How to Pre-Order
1. Look over the list. Each vendor has a unique deadline for when they need to receive your pre-order depending on their product. Send your pre-order by email to each vendor you want to order from, within their required deadlines.
2. Vendors will respond back by no later than Friday before market day with an order confirmation and an invoice that in most cases will allow you to pre-pay for your order. If a vendor is not set up to take payment online they will accept checks (preferred) or cash on market day pickup.
