2022 Broilers will be available in late June – Order now, still only $5.50/lb. –
state weight and quantity.

Our beef cattle are predominantly black angus, with small percentages of other breeds, including Charolais, Simmental, red angus, shorthorn, and Hereford, mixed in. The first calf of the year has arrived! He and his first time cow are doing great! She is quite meticulous about keeping him bathed. 🙂

New and noteworthy, as well as 100% grass fed: We have recently welcomed a sweet natured Jersey cow, Fancey, into our herd and are planning to offer cow milk shares soon. Please contact us for additional information if you are interested.

All of our poultry are free range, locked in nightly, and have certified organic feed.

At least two of our hives were winter casualties; one hive had operated consistently for 7 years.

Our Idaho Pasture Pigs are growing nicely. They are eating hay and certified organic feed while we all wait for pastures to green up. We do have a waiting list for pork halves. Please contact us if you wish to be added. Pork should be ready by fall, and Ofelia looks close to farrowing!

Seedlings are available for preorder! I am offering preorders on seedling plants this year! This will allow me to grow a bit more sustainably as it will prevent over seeding and wasting resources. (I will have limited seedling availability for walk up purchases though May and June)
However, if you would like to guarantee yourself seedlings consider preordering below!
All seedlings will be healthy and well rooted in a 3” pot, ready to transplant into your own garden!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR How to Pre-Order
1. Look over the list. Each vendor has a unique deadline for when they need to receive your pre-order depending on their product. Send your pre-order by email to each vendor you want to order from, within their required deadlines.
2. Vendors will respond back by no later than Friday before market day with an order confirmation and an invoice that in most cases will allow you to pre-pay for your order. If a vendor is not set up to take payment online they will accept checks (preferred) or cash in a sealed envelope on market day pickup.
