Laughing Tree Brick Oven Bakery of Hart
Laughing Tree Brick Oven Bakery breads are all made from 100% organic flours and grains.  Nearly all of our breads are naturally-leavened using a levain that we cultivate on site in our bakery.  All of our doughs undergo a long, slow fermentation process that produces extraordinarily flavorful and easily digestible breads.  The grand finale:  our breads are baked in a handbuilt ,wood-fired brick oven which creates loaves of amazing texture and beauty!
Come early if you are able!  We often sell out before noon…

A NOTE CONCERNING THE PRICE CHANGE OF THE FINN’S PECAN RAISIN PECAN:  Since we opened our bakery one year ago the cost of pecans has nearly doubled!  We love this bread (named for our son Finn) and know that many of you do as well.  This price change will allow us to continue to purchase the tasty pecans that fill each jam-packed loaf.

Elbridge Parmesan Olive (Sumptuous parmesan and Kalamata black olives) $8.00

Irish Cheddar Peppercorn (Smooth Irish Cheddar and tongue-tingling organic black pepper) $8.00

Pastries for Saturday:  We will be baking our Cranberry Orange Scones, Truly Ginger Scones, and our Michigan Cherry Scones.  All of our scones are made with organic butter and cream, our own fresh eggs, and a pinch of organic sugar.  We will also be baking our Expedition Cookies, our Tree Hugger PB Cookies, and our Deep Mud Brownies.

***PLEASE NOTE OUR SCONE PRICE CHANGE:  Several months ago we began using  100% organic cream and organic butter in our delectable scones.  This ingredient choice reflects our desire to support organic agriculture and farmers who are using GMO-Free feed (non-genetically modified organisms).    Our scones will now be $2.25 each.

We are truly honored to bake for you and your family.

This week: Humanistic Garden will bring extra heads of red lettuce.  David O’Neal has been operating the Humanistic Garden in Muskegon for the past 8 years. An avid gardener himself, he works with youth and most of the produce is given away.
