The Pasturage of Montague
We are now accepting pre-orders for our Thanksgiving turkeys. On our online pre-order form
https://form.jotform.com/231266729632056
under the turkey tab, is a place to list your name and contact information. We ask for a $55 deposit. You can mail a check to us, or I can send you a payment link online. We will deliver the turkeys the Saturday before Thanksgiving.  They will be frozen, but barely, as our slaughter date is Nov. 2. We do this because we only want to make one trip the the USDA poultry slaughterhouse in Fowlerville, and in that one trip we want turkeys both while and cut up. The slaughterhouse won’t cut turkeys in the weeks leading to Thanksgiving. Rest assured, however, that it will be delicious and packed with nutrition. And, did you know? You can roast a turkey from frozen! So you can skip the whole confusing calculations about defrost, brine, etc. We will also host a turkey tour near the end of October, so you can meet your meat, if you will. Stay tuned for more details.
We also have pork, lamb & chicken in stock. How the online pre-order form works:
https://form.jotform.com/231266729632056
It lists everything we have in stock, the price, the average price per package, and for sausages and cured meats it also lists the ingredients.  Then it asks you how you’d like to pay and gives you options where you can pick up the products you ordered. Once I receive the form, I collect the products and then send you a total.  When you pick up is when you pay.  You can always call my cell at 23one 288 6 one one 2 to place an order if that is easier for you.
Tootaloo!
Julie
