Cultured Loved of Grand Rapids

We’ll have our 5 kraut flavors for sale and sampling: All-organic ingredients, naturally fermented, and probiotic. Never cooked, raw and vegan, with no vinegar or starter culture, our Kraut is good on its own, or added to many other dishes, providing great flavor and nutrients.
· Carry Me Away – Traditional caraway kraut, as you find on a Reuben sandwich. This kraut is closest to what many grandmothers made in large crocks in their basement.
· Dillyicious – Our best-seller. Tastes like a pickle. Onion, garlic, dill, and turmeric. Our “gateway kraut” for those who say “I don’t like sauerkraut”.
· Purple Hot & Spicy – Onion, garlic and Cayenne. Hot for some, not so hot for others.
· Curryosity – We love India and Indian food. This kraut is a highly versatile addition to many dishes, or by itself.
· Root for Ginger – Our nod to Kim-chee, with similar ingredients — Carrot, radish, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Just a little heat.

Kasza Sugar Bush of Shelby

Happy Earth Day!
We love the Earth and are humbled to get to be farmers, working so intimately with it.  True sustainability and nutrient dense soil have been the foundation of our farm.  In an effort to stay in balance with true long term sustainability, (including soil health, financial sustainability, and market demands) we are temporarily scaling down our production.  This will allow us to nourish all aspects of the farm more deeply.  As a result, we will not be attending as many farmers markets, including Sweetwater Market.  This week is our penultimate time vending at Sweetwater.  We are so grateful for the Sweetwater community, and are proud to have been part of it.

Will Pardee Arts of Fremont
My name is Will Pardee and I’m quadriplegic due to a diving accident in 1981. After I returned home from the hospital I was bored with my limited activities and began to try drawing with my mouth, I was excited to learn that God had given me a unknown talent and after a couple years of practice I began displaying at art shows.
I draw a variety of subjects including nautical, animals, country and floral prints and also sell notecards. My drawings are done in pencil for black and white prints and I do add color to some  with colored pencil. I have enjoyed drawing over the years and meeting new people along my journey.
Stop by my booth this week, I’ll have some special sale items!
