Wind Dancer Farm of West Olive – Megan Rant will be back with Wind Dancer Certified Organic Blue Crop blueberries!

Chickadee Creek Farm of Nunica – We will have organically grown herb and native perennial plants, cabbage, fresh onions, carrots, green and yellow beans, flower bouquets, turnip greens, new potatoes, zucchini, summer squash and hot peppers.

Shady Side Farm of Holland We will be at market with felting kits, wool roving, certified organic beans, and Grassfields Farm’s awesome cheese!

This week the Black Valentine is our Special of the Week. Black Valentine is an heirloom variety that holds its shape well, and is somewhat like a kidney bean. It’s good in soups, stews and salads, and we have a great Mediterranean salad recipe available that uses the Black Valentine.

The cheese flavors we will have along this week include: Baby Swiss, Country Dill, Edam, Fait Gras, Garlic & Onion, Gouda, Lamont Cheddar, Leyden and Polkton Corners.

Funny Farm of Grant – This week we’ll have at least 8 varieties of new potatoes: purple, rose, Dutch-bred, fingerling, Redgold, Yukon Gold, Norland red, and more, Okra, cucumbers, pickles, Japanese burpless cucumbers, dill, basil, lots of summer squash and zucchini, scallions, many varieties of eggplant, and more!
