DRIED HERBS all season long we dry herbs at the peak of freshness and store them to be processed.  The gardens have slowed enough that we have begun to cut and sift all these delicious herbs.  When buying directly from the grower, you know your are getting the herb it is labeled as, and best of all, you are getting the freshest, highest quality dried herb.  Most herbs sold commercially are years old.
