Veggies this week: Onions, Garlic, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Eggplant, Cabbage, Celeriac, Sweet Peppers. It’s the end of season for Sweet Peppers.  We will have them in quantities to freeze.  Put up your Vitamin C!  I seed, core and chop them into fairly even sized pieces, and them spread them on cookie sheets in the freezer.  Yes, RAW!  No need to blanch.  When frozen, store in bags or containers.  Take them out by the handful to use through out the winter in any cooked dish.

We have quarters  of beef available.  They range in price from $588 to $628, cut, wrapped and frozen.
We have a full array of cuts available to purchase by the package and pound at Market or Farm!

*Food demos! Chef Addy Kinzinger, RD of NOVA Super.Natural.Bakery will be using ingredients from the market to create tasty dishes and recipes you can take home to try yourself! She will also have a few items for sale from her business NOVA Super.Natural.Bakery. including organic honey caramel corn (corn from Hidden Creek Farm and honey from Lohman’s Farm). She is looking forward to seeing familiar faces and sharing in all that the wonderful farmers have to offer!
