Field work has begun! We are just starting to till the fields in preparation for planting corn and dry beans.
We will have 16 varieties of our certified organic beans along to market this week. We are almost out of Green Flageolet and Nuña beans, so if you like these varieties, you might want to stock up. All our beans are all grown on our farm south of Grand Haven, and are available in 1 or 2# bags. Please let us know ahead of time if you’d like to order 5# bags of any one variety, so that we can pre-bag those and bring them along.
We also have a freshly-ground batch of our corn meal and grits, ground for us at Windmill Island in Holland. These products are ground from Wapsie Valley open pollinated (non-GMO) organically certified corn grown on our farm.
