Shady Side Farm of Holland
Planning on a cookout for the 4th of July? I have a new recipe for a cold bean salad with a tangy dressing and some crunch. It calls for Zebra beans, but you could also use Painted Lady beans. It would be a great option to make ahead and take along to a food-related gathering.

Saturday I will bring along an array of our certified organic edible dry beans and Grassfields Farm’s organic aged cheese made from unpasturized cows’ milk. I will also ake a little bit of wool roving, some felting kits and some hand dyed wool yarn for those of you who need a crafty summer project.

If you need specific wool items, or would like more than 2# of a certain type of beans, please email me before 6 pm on Friday.
