This great company located in Ann Arbor makes wonderful ferments with veggies sourced from organic farms like Tantre Farms, Second Spring Farms & MSU Student Organic Farm. This week we’re sampling Oh Gee Kim Chi! A ginger forward zing and pleasant hot pepper warmth, balanced by the savory depth of garlic and onion, and the subtle sweetness of carrot and apple in a Napa base.
Also: Storm Cloud Zapper, Sea Stag, Sriracha join the table this Saturday!

Our tortillas are fresh, baked throughout the week, with Certified Organic grains, sourced locally, no preservatives of any kind. They will last at max a few days outside of refrigeration and will keep up to 4 weeks if kept cold, even longer if frozen. Our sunflower oil comes from Grand Traverse Culinary Oils and is cold-pressed and non-gmo. Saturday we’re back with a fresh new batch of Spelt, Kamut, Tomato Basil, Spinach Garlic, Whole Wheat, Large Whole Wheat & White tortillas.
