Full Hollow Farm of Belding
Hello!  We (Jamie Wilbraham and Brad Smith) run a small certified organic vegetable farm in Belding, Michigan.  We use earth-friendly and sustainable growing practices to encourage biodiversity with a focus on the health of the soil.  We grow on a little less than 4 acres including two large unheated high tunnels and keep around 240 laying hens who live on pasture until winter begins.
Here’s a list of what we’ll have this Saturday:
Eggs
Kale – Green Curly and Lacinato
Spinach
Baby Salad Mix – Spicy, Mild, Arugula
Winter Radishes – Purple Daikon, Watermelon, and Black
Butternut Squash
Potatoes – Fingerlings, Yellow, and Red.
Sweet Potatoes
Beets – Red and Golden
Parsnips
Cabbage – Green and Savoy
Celariac
We are really excited to bring some winter veggies to the Sweetwater market!
