Eggs. Hens dine on bugs & other goodies when outside, certified organic chicken feed from Grices when weather brings them inside.

This great company located in Ann Arbor makes wonderful ferments with veggies sourced from organic farms like Tantre Farms, Second Spring Farms & MSU Student Organic Farm. This week we’re sampling Sea Stag Sauerkraut! Wonderful tangy kraut with turmeric, burdock root & 3 seaweeds added to the cabbage, carrot mix.

J&J Tortilla of Hopkins
Our tortillas are fresh, baked throughout the week, with Certified Organic grains, sourced locally, no preservatives of any kind. They will last at max a few days outside of refrigeration and will keep up to 4 weeks if kept cold, even longer if frozen. Our sunflower oil comes from Grand Traverse Culinary Oils and is cold-pressed and non-gmo. Saturday we’re back with a fresh new batch of Spelt, Kamut, Tomato Basil, Spinach Garlic, Whole Wheat, Large Whole Wheat & White tortillas.
