This week we’re sampling Sea Stag Sauerkraut! Wonderful tangy kraut with turmeric, burdock root & 3 seaweeds added to the cabbage, carrot mix.

Our tortillas are fresh, baked throughout the week, with Certified Organic grains, sourced locally, no preservatives of any kind. They will last at max a few days outside of refrigeration and will keep up to 4 weeks if kept cold, even longer if frozen. Our sunflower oil comes from Grand Traverse Culinary Oils and is cold-pressed and non-gmo. Saturday we’re back with a fresh new batch of Spelt, Kamut, Tomato Basil, Spinach Garlic, Whole Wheat, Large Whole Wheat & White tortillas.
