Important note: I’m hoping it’s the nice weather that has kept you all from getting preorders placed and that you will consider reading the list below and getting those orders placed by end of today. Several vendors have reported that they may not be able to attend Saturday because of low to no orders.
You all know what this market represents, and in order for us to continue we need your continued support.
In spite of the inflated prices for fuel and groceries at the major stores our farmers have kept their prices down, keeping you in mind. We hope you will reward their hard work with orders – today!

Earthscape Farm of Hesperia ~~ WE WILL COME ON SATURDAY, MARCH 19TH.  My grandson, Tyler, says he will cover if I am at a birth :-).  3 women are overdue, so we’ll see who shows up! He’s been teaching and coaching basketball in Baldwin and not working much on the Farm since the school year started.  We enjoy his help!  As of Thursday morning, we only have 2 orders.  Please get your orders in so it’s worth it for us to hire him to come!
Also, we will plan to come next on April 2nd.

The Pasturage LLC of Montague
We are sold out of the pork whole shoulder roast but we have several half shoulder roasts available and I figure y’all are smart folk and can put two and two together!  Also, don’t forget that the butt roast is also from the shoulder and is typically used for pulled pork.  We have several whole butt roasts left.  We also have bone-in loin roasts, which have been called the “prime rib of pork” by chefs.  Keep that in mind as Easter approaches.  Finally, don’t forget the fresh ham.  Watching what you eat?  This is the perfect answer.  It’s pure pork without the pesky preservatives (no salt, no nitrates, all flavor).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR How to Pre-Order
1. Look over the list. Each vendor has a unique deadline for when they need to receive your pre-order depending on their product. Send your pre-order by email to each vendor you want to order from, within their required deadlines.
2. Vendors will respond back by no later than Friday before market day with an order confirmation and an invoice that in most cases will allow you to pre-pay for your order. If a vendor is not set up to take payment online they will accept checks (preferred) or cash in a sealed envelope on market day pickup.
