Forest Finds of Muskegon
Plant facts! 
Stinging nettle has been used for centuries as a food and fiber source. Did you know that stinging nettle can be a good source of iron and calcium? It is a nutritional powerhouse! A study showed three times more protein than wheat or barley and less than half the carbohydrates.
Young spring nettles make a delicious pot green. You can find stinging nettle in our Nourish tea, and Wild Green Salt.

Moon Glow – Face Serum $25
Anti-aging, reduces fine lines, softens and soothes.
Calendula, sea Buckthorn, rose hips, sandalwood, frankincense, helichrysum, argan, and jojoba.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR How to Pre-Order
1. Look over the list. Each vendor has a unique deadline for when they need to receive your pre-order depending on their product. Send your pre-order by email to each vendor you want to order from, within their required deadlines.
2. Vendors will respond back by no later than Friday before market day with an order confirmation and an invoice that in most cases will allow you to pre-pay for your order. If a vendor is not set up to take payment online they will accept checks (preferred) or cash in a sealed envelope on market day pickup.
