The Pasturage LLC of Montague
Making stock with pork feet is not something you should put your foot in your mouth about.  Shout it to the rooftops!  It’s high in collagen, which according to https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/bone-broth yields “several important amino acids.” If you woke up this morning and thought, why do I ache… “connective tissue gives you glucosamine and chondroitin, natural compounds found in cartilage that are known to support joint health.” Feet, my friends, happen to be a whole bunch of moving parts (including the bones!) connected by tissue just to make you feel better. Or, you know, to allow my pigs to roam the pasture. Dual benefit!
