Laughing Tree Brick Oven Bakery breads are all made from 100% organic flours and grains. Nearly all of our breads are naturally-leavened using a levain that we cultivate on site in our bakery. All of our doughs undergo a long, slow fermentation process that produces extraordinarily flavorful and easily digestible breads. The grand finale: our breads are baked in a handbuilt ,wood-fired brick oven which creates loaves of amazing texture and beauty!

We love this bread (named for our son Finn) and know that many of you do as well. This price change will allow us to continue to purchase the tasty pecans that fill each jam-packed loaf.

We will also be baking our Expedition Cookies, our Tree Hugger PB Cookies, and our Deep Mud Brownies.
***PLEASE NOTE OUR SCONE PRICE CHANGE: Several months ago we began using 100% organic cream and organic butter in our delectable scones.
