Injured farmer needs help! Paul Keiser of Ag & Health Alive has an injured tendon that will keep him laid up for a month. He’s looking to hire someone to help with his farm supplements deliveries and the Saturday market. If you’re interested contact him at (616) 677-6176. The farm is in Marne, MI. Laughing Tree Brick Oven Bakery will be at the market with our familiar array of eight breads made from 100% organic flours and grains.  Nearly all of our breads are naturally-leavened using a levain that we cultivate on site in our bakery.  All of our doughs undergo a long, slow fermentation process that produces extraordinarily flavorful and easily digestible breads.  For the grand finale:  our breads are baked in a handbuilt wood-fired brick oven which creates loaves of amazing texture and beauty!
